Wisconsin DPI Requirements & Scoring
Education: The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) requires all applicants to hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
Target Score: STEDI recommends achieving a score of 85%, which is fully accepted by the Wisconsin DPI.
Substitute Teacher Recertification:
Certification must be renewed every three years from the expiration date of your initial certificate. To complete your DPI recertification, simply retake the SubSkills Training Course.
