STEDI.org’s End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Use (TOU)

Please read this policy as it is a legally binding document that applies to users of the STEDI.org site, the training material delivered from the STEDI.org site, and to active account members.  By using this site you are agreeing to this policy and all terms outlined in this EULA.  If you choose not to comply with this policy, your IP and account could be subject to deactivation and blocked from the site.

If you do not agree with this EULA policy, please do not use this website and any of its services.  STEDI.org is not held responsible if you are prosecuted for your actions.  We are not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the website or training, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of any third-party’s rights. Agreeing to this policy means you are agreeing to take full responsibility for your actions.

1.1.  Acceptance of TOU. These TOU and the EULA govern your use of STEDI.org’s material including all features and functionalities, this website and user interfaces, and all course content associated therewith (STEDI LLC).

1.2.  By using, visiting, or browsing the STEDI.org website, you accept and agree to be bound by these TOU and the EULA.

1.3.  If you do not agree to these TOU and the EULA, please leave the Website and contact us at info@47edaa86d6.nxcli.io with any questions.

1.4.  These TOU and the EULA are an ongoing contract between you and STEDI LLC. and apply to your use of the STEDI.org products and services as made available.

1.5.  Different terms, conditions, and limitations may or may not apply to the STEDI.org services available in other jurisdictions.

2.     Changes to TOU and EULA

2.1.  STEDI LLC reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these TOU and EULA in our sole and absolute discretion.

2.2.  The most current version of the TOU and EULA will supersede all previous versions.

3.     Website Use

3.1.  While visiting the STEDI.org website, the system will recognize you as an anonyms user with a distinct IP.

3.2.  You will only be able to browse through our content.

3.3.  If you wish to participate you must create an account, which is required to interact with the services we provide or courses we offer.

3.4.  There is no charge for an account.

3.5.  Any action(s) deemed destructive, abusive, negative, or otherwise, as deemed by STEDI.org while using the website or training materials will result in cancellation of your account at STEDI.org.

3.6.  SubSkills™, SubOrientation™, SubSuggestions™, SubAssessment™, SubDiploma™, STEDI Course™, STEDI-Profiles™, and STEDI-Reports™ are all trademarks of STEDI.org and are protected as such.

4.     Membership, Billing, and Prices

4.1.  You can find specific details regarding your account with STEDI.org by logging into the site.

4.2.  STEDI.org does not store or keep a copy of your credit card information.

4.3.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.4.  Services will be provided once payment has been received in full.

4.5.  To cancel or receive refund for a product or service not received or used, you must contact a STEDI.org representative at 1-800-922-4693.

5.     Training

5.1.  The Website in its entire content, features and functionality (including design), are owned or licensed by STEDI.org and are protected by the United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary right laws.

5.2.  Taking a training course and completing associated assessments do not guarantee a substitute teaching job.

5.3.  You will have access to the content for one year once training is purchased or access granted.

5.4.  Access to the training material is non-transferrable and not to be shared with others.

6.     Privacy

6.1.  When creating an account with STEDI.org you will be required to release certain information about yourself.

6.2.  STEDI LLC agrees never to misuse, share, or sell any information gathered as a result of the registration process.

6.3.  STEDI LLC agrees that all information will be kept private.

6.4.  Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve.  STEDI LLC currently uses Google Analytics for traffic analysis and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Constant Contact for email and eNewsletter subscription management.  STEDI LLC reserves the right to either add or remove these or other services at anytime.  For any questions regarding these services visit their sites and read their own privacy policies.

6.5.  STEDI LLC also uses social buttons provided by services like Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, and Facebook.  Your use of these third party services is entirely optional.  We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these services.

7.     Electronic Communications

7.1.  By using the STEDI.org website, you consent to receiving communications from STEDI.org.

7.2.  These communications may include notices about your account (Shipping, purchasing, password, username, confirmations, etc.)

7.3.  These communications may also include information concerning or relating to our services, such as promotions, contests, products, etc.

8.     Limitations on use

8.1.  You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.

8.2.  If you wish to create an account and you are under the age of 18 contact STEDI.org directly.  A parent or legal guardian can accept and agree to the terms of use on your behalf.

8.3.  STEDI LLC cannot control who accesses our site, and as such, we do not intentionally try to collect information from individuals 13 years of age or younger.

8.4.  Unless otherwise specified or agreed to in writing, products and services are for personal use as professional development and not for commercial use.

8.5.  STEDI LLC reserves the right to offer limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access STEDI.org for commercial use.

8.6.  As a registered user, you may not

8.6.1.     Download (other than through page-caching necessary for personal use, or as otherwise expressly permitted by these TOU and EULA), modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any information contained in, or obtained from or through, STEDI.org or STEDI LLC, including, but not limited to, information contained within training and emails, without the express written consent of STEDI LLC.

8.6.2.     Circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade, or thwart any of the content protections in STEDI.org.

8.6.3.     Frame or utilize any framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (text, images, page layout, etc.) without permission of STEDI, LLC.

8.6.4.     Purchase search terms or use any meta tags or any other hidden text utilizing STEDI.org name or trademark without written consent.

8.7.  Any unauthorized use of STEDI.org services or contents will result in immediate termination of agreements and will result in cancellation of your account and expulsion of your IP address.

9.     Right to terminate

9.1.  STEDI LLC reserves the right to terminate or restrict your use of our services or products, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

10.1.  Some pages within STEDI.org link to other websites. STEDI LLC is not responsible for content on those sites; nor are we responsible for their actions.

10.2.  Other pages link to STEDI.org.  STEDI LLC is not responsible for content on those pages and we are not responsible for their actions.
