Client Engagement Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. This dynamic role combines front-line customer support with relationship management and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building connections with clients while leveraging technology and creativity to promote our services and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and client emails; respond with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Foster strong, ongoing relationships with current clients to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Track and manage all client interactions using CRM tools such as Pipedrive.

Marketing & Digital Engagement:

  • Create and distribute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.
    Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.) to highlight services, promote activities, and engage with school districts.
  • Encourage and support partner districts in tagging and promoting substitute teacher initiatives on social platforms.

Content Creation & Branding:

  • Design promotional materials and social media graphics using Canva (or similar tools).
  • Regularly update and maintain content on our website to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Workflow & Communication Management:

  • Develop and implement communication workflows to ensure timely and consistent outreach to clients.
    Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and marketing strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, marketing, or client relations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for engagement and promotion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in education or public sector organizations.
  • Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).

Salary:

  • $60,000/year with health benefits.
