This tool allows registerd SubManagers to keep track of the substitute teachers they have hired and rank them according to their effectiveness in the following areas:

Verification to gain access to the Substitute Teacher Tracking Tool usually takes less than an hour:

  1. Create a SubManager Account. Be sure to select the correct school district to which you belong.
  2. Call STEDI at 1-800-922-4693 to request that you be verified as a SubManager for your school district.
  3. STEDI does the rest. You will be notified if you've been approved as a SubManager.
